Important information and changes to Kentucky State Cup(2016)
Fee:$250 (with $200 rebate after the completion of three games; no forfeits)
$200 of the entry fee is a performance bond and will be returned to each team after completing their games in the State Cup competition.
Due Date: Fee and Registration are due by July 1st, 2016(Postmarked)

It is very important that all players that wish to compete in the 2016 State Cup are registered 30 days before the State Cup, which means all players must be registered by June 24th, 2016.
Player Passes with picture of player are required for the Men’s Open, Women’s Open, Men’s Under 23, Women’s Under 23, Women’s Over 30, and Men’s Over 30.
Men’s Recreational (11v11), Women’s Recreational (11v11), Over 40 Men (6v6), Over 40 Women (6v6), and Co-Ed Open(6v6) do not need player passes with pictures.
Final Roster is due: July 15, 2016

You must also show up at tournament with 5 copies of your roster for game officials.

Player registrations should be sent to him and he can issue player passes with pictures for playing in the State Cup. Remember, all players must be registered by June 24th.

It is also important to note that this year’s State Cup is in July instead of June, when we normally play the Tournament. This was done because the Tournament of Champions, which is usually held in July, has been moved to June, to accommodate the USASA National Amateur Cup. We normally send our State Cup Champions to the Tournament of Champions the same year, but this year’s Champions will represent Kentucky in the 2017 Tournament of Champions and last year’s State Cup Champions will represent Kentucky this year in June at the Tournament of Champions in Saginaw, Michigan.
